We offer our services in the fields of organizational development and corporate training in which our processes of Employee Desired Change (EDC) and Fine Tuning Methodology (FTM) are utilized to understand the need of change and learning to customize and produce Customized Training Package(CTP) for each programme .
We also use the above processes to prep Standardized Training Package (STP) which then can be run successively on the stipulated audience till desired
